`folder-saved-search` doesn't look like a folder #22

Related Application and/or Shell theming (or name of widget) Scratch or any app that uses folder-saved-search

Actual issue The folder icon looks like a search action instead of a folder. screenshot from 2017-06-21 12 46 09

Steps to reproduce (if you knew) Install Scratch, see the folder icon looks like a search icon

Expected behaviour The folder icon looks like a folder with a search icon on it (in the style of folder-remote or folder-publicshare)

None of the current folder- icons (like folder-remote or folder-publicshare in the 16x16 size use the folder metaphor, so fixing this might require a good deal of new design.
