This changes the menu icon metaphors to use vertical three dots for an overflow menu, and vertical three lines for an application/hamburger menu. This change makes the metaphors more consistent with upstream GNOME as well as other icon themes.

Unrelated to this, but I'm noticing some strange behavior in the GTK theme.
Seems the icons are not aligned with the side panel?
I think I know what's causing this issue. I'll get a PR going for that too.
