fix: cleanup rendered icons, remove 3rd-party apps #60

Removes some 3rd-party app icons that we don't ship by default. We don't want to be overriding branding where applications are supplying their own icons.

Also synchronizes the state of rendered icons to ensure that we're shipping all of the correct icons that we need to be.
