Fix battery icons #89

The battery icons were renamed to fit updated expectations in f953549cd758aa4cc831fa92c9bf997585ec5bfa which were not modified in the master icon file. This means that every change since then needed manual intervention after rendering in order to make them work correctly.

This corrects the issue and adds the icons directly to the master file. It also adds more gradual changes to the icons so better reflect the larger number of steps in the icons.
