Use system-os-installer for Clean install icon #183

This prevents icon breakage with 19.04, and is a better icon for that purpose than "gcleaner" anyway. Also, it should be fully backwards-compatible with older version and the old icon theme.

Almost makes me think that we could improve consistency here by either making the "Refresh" Icon include the disk icon, or remove the disks and just include the "Download"(blue), "refresh"(green), and "gear"(purple) icons
