Issue/Bug Description: On the last page of the installer, after installation is complete, the copy still refers to setting up a new user after rebooting, even though that step has now been moved earlier in the installer:
Steps to reproduce (if you know): Install Pop!_OS 21.04.
Expected behavior: Copy should not refer to setting up a new user as the next step. If it referred to setting up "your new user" (i.e. the one the user just created), that might be the smallest possible change to address this.
