Issue/Bug Description: After the recent changes to the installer leading up to 21.10 launch, some pages of the installer are not displaying properly in 20.04.
Steps to reproduce (if you know): Open the latest version of the installer on 20.04.
Expected behavior: Images show in 20.04 like they do in 21.10.
