HiDPI dashboard icon issue #153

 * Related Application and/or Package Version - apt policy $PACKAGE NAME

NAME="Pop!_OS" VERSION="17.10 (Artful Aardvark)"

Issue/Bug Description On a HiDPI machine such as the Galago3, icons on the dashboard display incorrectly at different scales.

Highest resolution - 100% scale - no problem 1

Highest resolution - 200% scale - Firefox icon(top icon on dashboard) is squished 2

Moving Pop!_Shop to top of dashboard - 100% scale - notice Firefox is no longer squished. 3

200% scale - Pop!_Shop icon is now squished as well as Firefox icon 4

More weird stuff created by moving icons on dashboard around and switching back and forth from 100%-200%.
