Issue/Bug Description
When booting a liveusb from a flash drive and connected to a wired connection, the time displayed is incorrect.
The time is being set to UTC-0. Journalctl reports proper timezone couldn't be installed.
Steps to reproduce (if you know)
Boot livecd.
Look at the time.
