Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release): Pop!_OS 18.04

Issue/Bug Description: With the current version of Pop!_OS on the imaging server, the installer fails to complete.
journalctl logs point towards network connectivity being necessary for installation (that shouldn't be the case).

Other Notes: Downloading the latest version of the iso and installing from a usb device installs fine without a network connection.
