Add nvidia-drm.modeset=0 on Nvidia ISO #302

The one I built seems to be working nicely on mega-r1. The param is added in the live disk, but not post-install.

We should double-check on a couple more machines, mainly switchable laptops, and something with Nvidia that does a legacy install (to make sure GRUB doesn't get messed up by this). After that, I think this is good to go.

So this looks good on gaze17-3060-b, mira-b3 w/2080, thelio-b3 w/3060Ti, darp8 (Intel, but just making sure), mega-r1, and major-r2. I think this is good to go.
