feat: Compress ISOs with XZ #313

Might help with the Trubble build. Built an Intel Focal image locally (2.1G). XZ should be better supported than Zstd for older releases of Ubuntu.

I built an Nvidia iso this morning, and it weighed in at 2.9gb. I'll do some tests with the iso I built soon, just to make sure it's working as expected.
