Opening a ContextDrawer sets scroll of main window to top #406

When a ContextDrawer is opened, the scrolling position of the main window is set to top. Especially noticeable when opening Experimental settings on the Appearance page of COSMIC Settings.

This doesn't seem to happen anymore in COSMIC Settings, but it still happens in e.g. COSMIC Files, so it might be fixed and Files just needs to be updated. Edit: Updating libcosmic for Files doesn't fix it, so it might have been fixed by the scroll fix for the mentioned issue for Settings. This issue might then essentially be a duplicate of that issue, but not sure.

This seems to have been fixed in the affected apps.
