I'm going to work through this with Integrated and Discrete graphics. First up: AMD Integrated.
Add the staging branch containing the updated driver with the apt script in the pop-os/pop repo.
sudo apt upgrade
updates the driver without conflicts (Ubuntu may require full-upgrade

).Several graphics cards will have to be tested, preferably in several desktops. Test at least one current generation AMD card, as well as one previous generation AMD card.
Nothing about the Mesa update seemed to conflict with the Nvidia drivers, or cause Discrete Nvidia cards to act incorrectly on desktop.

Backport of Ubuntu 22.04 mesa. I have pushed the previous mesa version to master_focal so this will only affect 21.10 and 22.04. It is not building on 20.04 yet, I will look into backporting there at a later time.
