Keybindings are layout dependent, may not behave as expected in non-US layout #15

Keybindings like ctrl+c will not behave as expected if the keyboard layout doesn't have the c key in the right position.

This could be addressed (with some work) but adjusting the mappings based on the keyboard layout, using GDK. But users with non-US layouts may also tend to switch between multiple layouts, and there's no obvious way to address that...
