I'm not sure whether this is intentional, but some of these bindings on scroll wheel left/right feel like they should repeat when held, like the scroll left/right binding. Turning my volume up or down by more than a single step is awkward when I have to click the wheel to the side more than a couple times in a row. There may be other bindings that we'd want to act this way as well, but these seem like the two most obvious ones to me at the moment.
