NVIDIA DRM error since latest NVIDIA Driver? #126

So I Have been getting this in my logs recently.

[drm:nv_drm_master_set [nvidia_drm]] ERROR [nvidia-drm] [GPU ID 0x00000100] Failed to grab modeset ownership

This started to happen with driver version 470.82.00 its also been recorded on official NVIDIA Forums too.

Is anyone else getting these too?

just got the error from booting in text mode, purging nvidia drivers, and trying to install 470.94 propietary drivers.
