NVIDIA Driver 510.54 not appearing for 20.04 #139

So the driver isn't available to download at all for 20.04. sudo apt update or pop shop doesn't make the driver available for download.

We have not released it on 20.04 yet. We want to make sure that some issues that were found are fixed first.
