Release for focal in changelog not jammy #179

This should allow focal machine to download the driver version allong with jammy.

So far this looks good. I have tested on the gaze15 and oryp4. All testing has passed. The only issue I came across was Steam not launching in NVIDIA graphics mode. This was fixed by adding the update to gnome-shell in master. That will need to be release first, or at the same time.

@n3m0-22 this only changes packaging, not the actual driver itself. As long as packaging is working correctly in Jammy and Focal, I think desktop graphics testing is unnecessary.
