fix: Patch to fix dkms compiling on 19.10 #27

This will fix the upgrades from 18.04 and 19.04 to 19.10 with the NVIDIA driver installed.

@mmstick It looks like I'm getting more dependency issues for the driver. The build logs are attached:

@leviport Was this on 19.04, or 19.10?

19.10, though I am close to knowing if the same thing happens on 19.04. I'll let you know what I find out

I see. I don't have the 5.0 kernel installed, so it succeeds without issue compiling for 5.3

Ah ok, I think that might've been it. After purging all problem packages, running updates, then reinstalling everything, it seems better now. This was an install that was upgraded to 19.10, not a clean install.

@leviport, let's test this both adding the patch before upgrading as well as on a fresh install of 19.10.
