Issue/Bug Description: First of all congratulations to the entire System76 team for supporting and developing their own Linux distro, in addition to promoting the freedom of the software as an excellent option for our work and day-to-day activities.

The problem is that in addition to considering the whole proposal of Pop OS, we also consider the entire ecosystem of DE (Desktop Evironment), in this case Gnome. They are simple little things that complete our experience and workflow. Sushi looks like it didn't come pre-installed on Gnome from Pop OS, but it can be found in the apt repositories in its version 3.34, that yes this version is in trouble. However it has already been updated to 3.38 (in the main stream) with its due corrections. I compiled it straight from the source and everything seems to work fine here. I think you do your part by taking a look at it. It will be great to have the sushi working well. It will be an extra point for the distro. since famous distros like Fedora, even with version 3.38, still face problems to preview audio and video files.

About Screen Recorder, this is a Built-In feature in Gnome Shell. It is called by the key combination CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R, which starts a quick recording of the screen and saves a video in the $HOME/Videos folder. During recording, an orange icon (a ball) should appear on the indicators. This isn't working on Pop Os either. It would be great if these features that are part of the standard of the Gnome experience were normalized. Thus they would be added to the excellent features of Pop Os.

Steps to reproduce (if you know): SUSHI: Select one file (image, audio, video or docments) on Nautilus and press spacebar button.

Gnome Screen Recorder (Built-In): Press SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+R to start quick screen capture.

Expected behavior: SUSHI: A simple windows appear show file content.

Gnome Screen Recorder (Built-In): A orange icon appear on apps indicators location, and a video file is saved on $HOME/Videos.

Other Notes: Nothing for the moment.
