3 years ago Looking at the logs there isn't much to go on as far as the cause of the issue, and unfortunately our support for hardware outside of what we make in house is limited.

apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):Issue/Bug Description: When attempting to sleep by either pressing the power button, closing the lid, or running systemctl suspend from the terminal, the laptop goes to sleep and immediately wakes back up and takes me to the login screen. Often it closes all my apps.

Put the computer to sleep.
Expected behavior:
System should stay asleep

This was happening on 20.10 as well. I do not remember when exactly it started but it has been going on for several months. I have tried re-installing the nvidia drivers, I have disabled dash to dock. I have tried just running the intel graphics, just running nvidia and running the hybrid. Attached is some additional information about my hardware and the files from /var/log/system and journalctl.
