2 finger scrolling intermittently not working [Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in 1 AMD5500U] #2002

Issue/Bug Description: On a Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in1 5500u the laptop 2 finger scrolling doesn't work. When I restart the machine it and it would work.

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Turn on the computer, close the computer's lid and turn it back on again

Expected behavior:

Scrolling 2 finger gestures scroll the screen

Other Notes: When putting the computer into suspend mode, the screen change orientation until the auto-rotate kicks in This is just the trackpad, an external mouse works fine

After a restart immediately putting my laptop in suspend mode will turn off 2 finger scrolling
