Random double top bar computer freezes and needs to restarted using power button #2126

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):

gnome: Installed: (none) Candidate: 1:40+1 Version table: 1:40+1 500 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu impish/universe amd64 Packages

Issue/Bug Description: Double top bar appears at random and computer freezes

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Happens at random

Expected behavior: No double top bar computer does not freeze

Other Notes: Gnome Version 40.4.0 running X11

Are you running any GNOME Shell extensions aside from the defaults? Have you turned off any of the defaults?

Thank you for looking into this.

No defaults have been disabled. Here is the list of extensions running excluding pop defaults. Desktop Icons NG(DING) Bing Wallpaper OpenWeather UbuntuAppIndicators
