2 years ago 21.04 is a short term release and has been replaced by 21.10. To continue getting updates you'll need to upgrade to 21.10 by using the option in Settings->OS Upgrade & Recovery or by using this command in a terminal pop-upgrade release upgrade
You may want to backup any important files or configurations before running the upgrade. Let us know how the upgrade goes.

I did that too but Same error and when I partially upgrade it never ends and if ends it comes with errors

Issue/Bug Description: HI i have this problem for a while now and its become worse all deb file are not getting installed , updated , upgraded , or uninstalled I went through most of the articles but the only solutions was to reinstall the os which i cant do as my laptop screen is broken from which i cant identify the boot menu so if u guys could help it would be nice.

At last i tried to figure out the issue about plymouth-theme-pop-basic i installed and all i did but still the problem occured
