Issue/Bug Description: When waking my laptop from suspend mode, the central clock will show the incorrect time for a few seconds before updating to the correct time. The time shown appears to the be time the system went into suspend state.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Suspend system
  2. Wait for a few minutes
  3. Wake system (on my laptop, this is just opening the lid)
  4. Compare time on lock screen to actual time.

Expected behavior: Time shown is accurate to current time, and does not need to update after a few seconds

Other Notes: 4.3GB SWAP partition exists on disk 0.
