Heavy graphical glitches on Lenovo Thinkpad P14s gen3 #2800

Issue/Bug Description: Heavy graphical glitches on Lenovo Thinkpad P14s gen3 - 4k touch screend. randomly appear when moving/ resizing Windows. Always appear when switching Night Mode on/off Newest device firmware installed. Switching in between nvidia and internal graphics card makes no difference.

I am having same issues, haven't been able to locate it or work around it. P14s Gen 3, T500, 4k screen.

I installed kernel 6.3.1 using Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer and have not seen this issue with the new kernel.

I installed kernel 6.3.1 using Ubuntu Mainline Kernel Installer and have not seen this issue with the new kernel.

I installed kernel 6.3.2, also using Mainline. and can confirm that the issue is gone.

I upgraded from 6.2.6 which still had the problem
