Natural Scrolling Broken After Pop OS Updates #3250

Distribution Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME): Any application with scrollbar in it

Issue/Bug Description: Natural scrolling stopped working after recent updates (potentially list specific packages if you know them). Enabling/disabling in Settings and via Dconf Editor has no effect.

Steps to reproduce (if you know): update os updates via pop shop

Expected behavior: should reverse the scrolling behaviour and change to natural scrolling

Troubleshooting: Tried changing the setting through both GUI and terminal (gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad natural-scroll true) with no success.

beside natural scrolling enable/disable touchpad option also does not work and using external mouse have same issue with natural scrolling
