evdi-dkms broken in Pop_OS! 22.04 LTS #3279

Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release): jammy 22.04 LTS

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME): evdi-dkms 1.12.0+dfsg-0ubuntu2~22.04.3

Kernel version: 6.8.0-76060800daily20240311-generic

Issue/Bug Description: evdi-dkms starts becoming compatible with Linux 6.8+ from version 1.14.2.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

apt install evdi-dkms
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 6.8.0-76060800daily20240311-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/evdi/1.12.0+dfsg/build/make.log for more information.
dpkg: error processing package evdi-dkms (--configure):
 installed evdi-dkms package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 10
Errors were encountered while processing:
 evdi-dkms
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Expected behavior: Installs properly
