Issue/Bug Description:
When I wake either my desktop/laptop running pop! OS, if they were configured to run at 200% scaling HiDPI mode, initially after waking Windows (often Firefox windows) have been reset to 100% scaling. To fix, the windows need to be moved or resized.

Scaling should stay at 200% for all Windows
I had the opposite problem. I set my 3840 x 2160 monitor to 100% and after waking it changed to 200%
