i18n(pt_PT): Add Portuguese (Portugal) translation #131

Needs translation for popsicle_cli.ftl as well.

Also, would simply pt suffice so that this is the fallback regardless of the region a person is in?

Hi there, will do, regarding the "pt suffice" normally portuguese(pt) is for Portuguese (Portugal) and portuguese(br) for Portuguese (Brasil), will make the changes you requested.
