i18n(kr): Add Korean translation. Needs additional overviews #150

Adds Korean Translations. Requires review before commercial use.

I can't say I know any Korean, but looking at /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED it seems the relevant locale is ko_KR.UTF-8 where ko is the ISO 639-1 language code for Korean and KR is the ISO 3166 country code for South Korea.

So I suppose the translation should be in a ko folder rather than kr?

Confirming what @ids1024 said, the language code should be ko. The language pack package is called language-pack-ko, and this translation currently isn't taking effect in a user account set to Korean due to the discrepancy.
