Issue/Bug Description: The cosmic desktop appearance settings are missing in Gnome settings, only the default GNOME background entry is there
Steps to reproduce (if you know): Open settings
Expected behavior: The background menu entry should be the appearance entry
Other Notes: All updates so far are applied
