Pop Shell Launcher: Ctrl + number keys to select apps does not work with keyboard layout: English (intl., with AltGr dead keys) #1175

Issue/Bug Description:

If keyboard layout is English (intl., with AltGr dead keys): After initiating the Pop Shell launcher (Super+/), pressing Ctrl + number keys to select an app has no effect.

Navigating through the list with the arrow keys and using Enter to select still works, however.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Change keyboard layout to English (intl., with AltGr dead keys)
  2. Press Super + /
  3. Try to switch apps by pressing Ctrl and a number key(1-9)
  4. Nothing will happen

Expected behavior:

  1. Change keyboard layout to English (intl., with AltGr dead keys)
  2. Press Super + /
  3. Try to switch apps by pressing Ctrl and a number key(1-9)
  4. Focus is switched to the selected app

Other Notes: This works as intended when my keyboard layout is set to English (US).

Can confirm it affects French and Belgian layouts as well.

Can also confirm it affects Spanish keyboard layouts.
