search not getting correct results #1554

I could be totally wrong and may not be using the gtk theme but i think i am i posted the things below

Describe the problem: Screenshot from 2022-11-12 15-22-09

I think this could be a guake thing... but i i've had a lot of issues with the search. basically I want it to search for the actual guake app but it never comes up. Is there a way i can change what file meta data its looking at or something for the app? i've noticed pdfs aren't searchable either.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. sudo apt install guake

    or upload a 

    pdf
  2. press super
  3. start typing in quake or the name of the pdf
  4. nothing comes up or the wrong apps come up desired result the correct pdf, or app to show up as first or second items

Distribution:

Pop version:

Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS"

run:

Installed: 5.5.1~1664464633~22.04~e09de35 error: org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Pop/unspecified/unspecified not installed

i don't know why it says error when i get those versions. hhmm

If someone could point me in the right direction of the code where i could customize my results that would be great. thanks!

This definitely looks like a bug with the Launcher, rather than the Theme. I'll get this moved over there.
