turning off outputs with popOS shell crashes wayland

(1) Issue/Bug Description: hello, when pop OS extention is enable and my screen become black following inactivity wayland seem crash

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know): enable PopOS with black screen time set in energy saving

(3) Expected behavior:

screen come back to GDM when I perform an actifity
