Notification window for bluetooth spans top of screen #1724

(1) Issue/Bug Description: Bluetooth notifications span the top of the screen.

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know): Activate bluetooth, connect mouse, turn bluetooth on/off

(3) Expected behavior: a small popup associated with the notfication may appear

(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release): NAME="BlackArch Linux" ID=blackarch PRETTY_NAME="BlackArch Linux" ANSI_COLOR="0;31" HOME_URL="https://www.blackarch.org/" SUPPORT_URL="https://www.blackarch.org/" BUG_REPORT_URL="https://www.blackarch.org/"

(5) Gnome Shell version: 46.3.1

(6) Pop Shell version (run apt policy pop-shell or provide the latest commit if building locally):

(7) Where was Pop Shell installed from: Gnome extensions

(8) Monitor Setup (2 x 1080p, 4K, Primary(Horizontal), Secondary(Vertical), etc): primary laptop montior, 1920x1200, primary

(9) Other Installed/Enabled Extensions: Open bar simple workspaces bar workspace switcher manager User themes

I have some errors in my journal log related to this that indicate this may be a result of interaction of the gnome system tray and popshell, I'll continue looking as I'm able and update with additional info.
