Issue/Bug Description: The Pop!_Shop search results are displaying Free on the button to install the apps, instead of Install.
This also affects the Pop!_Picks on the homepage (so it's not specific to search results.)
Steps to reproduce (if you know): Open the Pop!_Shop, search for an app.
Expected behavior: The Pop!_Shop does not list paid apps, and Free does not tell the user what the button's going to do; the button should say Install as it does on the currently-released version of the Pop!_Shop.
