Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):
NAME="Pop!_OS"
VERSION="22.04 LTS"
Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
All
Issue/Bug Description:
There should be a progress bar that shows install progress on the selected app after clicking "Install" like how it shows it in the search page. Currently, after clicking the "Install" button I need to click the back button to view the installation progress of the application I chose.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Search for any application.
Select application to view its details.
Click "Install"
Observe that there is no progress bar on the "Install" button as expected
Click the back arrow to go back to search results page
Observe progress bar is present on the "Install" button (which changes to say "Cancel")
Ponder the meaning of life.
Expected behavior:
I expect to see some sort of progress bar on the application details page after clicking the "Install" button.
