Fix Update-Menu Hot-key not working #421

The Hambuger Menu shows that you should be able to press <Ctrl>-i and have the 'Updates & Installed Software' screen appear. Add this functionality in, as it seems to have been forgotten

I wasn't sure if this change should be placed inside the #if POP_OS on line 242, if it should be, let me know and I can move it.
