Click on Pop!_Shop updates available notification doesn't open application #429

Issue/Bug Description: When updates are available the notification pops up and indicates "Click here to install" (or something to that effect.) Clicking on the notification dismisses it without opening the Pop!_Shop app.

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Wait for the notification to appear and click on it.

Expected behavior: Notification is dismissed and the Pop!_Shop app opens to the Installed tab.

Other Notes: I'm pretty sure this used to work, but it hasn't for me in quite some time.

I've also experienced this issue since I installed Pop!_OS.

I've realized that actually seems to be a delay. I mean click on that pop up, finally opens the Pop_OS shop, but after a while (5 to 15 seconds)

Lately I have also seen it (finally) appearing after a significant delay. Closing this issue.
