Issue/Bug Description: The installing button jumps when mousing over

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Install some progrom, try to hover over installing button during install

Expected behavior: Can click and maybe see installation progress

Whoops, you can't see it in the screencast, but I am getting very near the installing button with my cursor, and then it jumps, it doesn't quite make it over.

I believe this is expected. The status indicator dodges the cursor and gets out of the way, but remains on display. It is not intended to be clickable.
