Fix line-in on major-r2.1 with rev1.2 motherboards #224

I made changes to mira-b1 too, so we have to make sure I didn't break s/pdif on that before we merge this

I've confirmed that this fixes line-in on major-r2.1 with the rev1.2 motherboards. It also does not break mira-b1.

In fact, it appears that the fixes for mira-b1 may no longer be necessary. I left them alone for now though. I'd need to test quite a bit more before I am confident about ripping them out.
