Scheduler Improvements #32

Adds additional defaults, including amsynth. Also fixes the foreground adjustments so that the values defined in the configuration file will always override the foreground/background priorities.

Changes made in /etc/ are preserved. Files owned by the package in /usr are replaced.

Thank you so much! Fixes like this are one of the reasons why I use Pop over other Linux distros.
