Pop thinks it's on the latest version / Reversed upgrade? #298

Getting this error when attempting to upgrade FROM 21.10 to 22.04:

[INFO ] daemon/mod.rs:1017: Release { current: "22.04", lts: "true", next: "22.10", available: false }
