Unable to upgrade from 21.10 to 22.04 -- no longer has a release file #311

Since 21.10 is no longer maintained I can no longer perform apt update && apt upgrade. 


E: Failed to fetch http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/pool/main/x/xwayland/xwayland_21.1.2-0ubuntu1.2_arm64.deb  404  Not Found [IP: 2620:2d:4000:1::16 80]
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Can I not upgrade without doing a full reinstall?
