update iced #105

seems to be working well , but I haven't been able to test with multiple monitors at my new apartment yet.

Testing this (and not comparing to the previous version), when I run cosmic-screenshot then switch to window capture, it seems to show the background but not any window previews. When I re-run cosmic-screenshot it starts in that mode and does show windows.

ahh ya, I think this is partially a rendering order issue.

Screenshot and file chooser portals seem good.

When I try to screen cast (for instance with obs) I'm not seeing the dialog show up at all. While it seems to work on master.
