ZFS 2.0.6 #1

This, built for 20.04 and later, should ensure there is support for kernel 5.15 and will let us support 5.16 when upstream does.

2.0.6 supports up to kernel 5.14, 2.1.2 (the latest version) supports up to 5.15 according to their release notes. We can check to see if 2.0.6 works anyway.

I have checked, it was working. I do want to upgrade further, but want to start by backporting the 2.0.6 release from impish to focal.
