(sorta) Handle crafters #112

Add crafter to the InventoryType map. The inventory portion of the crafter works fine.

The following features do not work due to lack of API:

Preventing people with just "open" permission from being able to change the locked slots
Preventing the crafter from crafting when redstone isn't allowed (not sure why you'd want to do that though)

Looks good for now, will probably need to open issues / implement behavior for the latter issues later, but probably not before the item is taken out of experimental status.
