[Suggestion] continue-on-restart delay interval #319

As the title described, it'd be nice for there to be an on-startup delay interval for Chunky, so when reboots occur, chunks are not skipped. This should fundamentally eliminate chunk skipping, if configured correctly.

Chunks are not skipped when continue-on-restart is enabled, although it may appear that way due to the fact that progress messages may not print instantly. This is normal.

If chunks are actually skipped when using this option, you have found a bug. Without any further evidence provided to show that this is the case though, I am forced to disregard this issue. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to join our Discord server in the chunky support channel. This issue can be re-opened if we can determine something actually isn't working correctly.
